Thanks for stopping by!  Over the years I’ve worked across professional sound, photography, video production and creative education, and this page is where I’ll gradually be sharing some of what I’ve learned along the way.

My career has taken me from broadcast television and post-production sound to photography, video production and teaching creative media. Along the way I’ve worked with broadcasters, businesses, charities and creative organisations, producing work designed not just to look or sound good, but to communicate clearly and effectively.

That combination of industry and teaching experience has shaped how I think about creative work: practical, thoughtful and focused on real-world skills rather than jargon or theory for its own sake.

This page will become home to a growing collection of free and paid resources for creative learners, freelancers and independent makers. The aim is simple: to create materials that are genuinely useful, clearly explained and built from real experience.

There’s not much here yet, but resources will be added over time, including downloadable PDFs, practical production guides and, eventually, small-group creative workshops and retreats.
